Delivery Timeline

1. Order Confirmation – Day 0

  • Payment is confirmed, and order processing begins immediately.
    An email confirmation with order details will be sent to you.

2. Order Processing – 1 to 2 Business Days

  • Stock verification, quality inspection, and secure packing.

3. Dispatch – Day 2 to 3

  • Order is shipped via our delivery team.
  • Tracking information and delivery updates will be shared via email and/or
    WhatsApp.

4. Local Delivery – 2 to 3 Business Days

  • Delivery within the local area.
  • Our delivery team will contact you before arrival.

5. Delivery Completion

  • Please inspect the goods upon delivery.
  • Any damage or discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours.

 

Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Items are eligible for exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by
    the original receipt.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items.
  • Personal care items, and customized or special-order products.

3. Exchange Conditions

  • Exchanges are permitted only for items of equal or higher value (any price difference must be paid by the customer).
  • Refunds are not provided unless required by Bahraini Consumer Protection Laws. Store credit or exchange will be offered instead.

4. Defective or Damaged Products

  • Any manufacturing defect or damage must be reported within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Items will be inspected, and if approved, a replacement will be arranged.

5. Proof of Purchase

  • The original receipt or valid proof of payment is required for all exchanges.
