Refund Process
Refund to Original Payment Method
For card payments, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–15 working days from the date we receive the returned item.
Refund for Cash Payments
Customers who paid in cash can request a refund via cheque. Please send us a copy of your CPR or Government-issued ID, and we will issue the cheque and arrange doorstep delivery.
Processing Timeline
All refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days after the product is returned. We aim to complete the process promptly to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Credit Note Option
Customers who choose a credit note instead of a bank refund will receive an additional 2% credit based on the item price.
The credit note can be used for future purchases and will remain valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
Return Policy
At Q1 Bahrain, we strive to ensure every item perfectly complements your home. If a product does not meet your expectations, we are here to assist you. All our thoughtfully curated products undergo rigorous quality checks before reaching you.
Return Eligibility:
You may return all items except those marked as “No return products” within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- The item should not have been opened or repackaged.
- The item must not have been installed or used.
- For installed items (excluding those marked as “No returnable products”), returns are accepted within 7 days after installation.
Warranty and Repairs:
If the product is still within the warranty period, customers may request repairs for the product or its parts. However, damage caused by:
- Usage wear and tears
- Incorrect DIY installation
- Accidents
- Improper cleaning
- Natural causes
- Negligence will not be eligible for replacement or repair.
We reserve the right to decline refunds after a thorough inspection by our quality control team to ensure fair assessment.
Product Mismatch:
If the product does not match the dimensions or design as shown on our website (please note color may vary due to screen calibration and display differences), you may claim a Replacement, Credit Note, or Refund if reported within 7 days of purchase. Ref: Mathew/SYS/Q1 Online Store Policies 2025

Refund Options:
Credit notes are redeemable only for products sold by Q1 Bahrain.
Return Fees:
- For total purchase values below BHD 10, a fee of BHD 1.8 will be charged per returned item, except when returning damaged products, where the fee is waived.
- This fee applies only to orders within the Kingdom of Bahrain.
How to Initiate a Return:
1. Follow the return process on our website or mobile app.
2. Once a return is registered, our quality control team will inspect the product for any manufacturing defects. This inspection may take up to 4 working days.
3. Return requests submitted after the 7-day timeframe from installation or purchase (as applicable) will not be accepted. Please ensure you initiate the return within the specified period for prompt assistance.
